Payment Methods

Additional payment methods, including those processed manually through our customer service, will be designated and approved by us at the time of purchase.
Account Authorization

C. Currency Settlement & Foreign Exchange
Settlement Currency
The prices payable for ordered items are as displayed on our website at the time of checkout. Any prices shown in other currencies are for reference only. All orders are processed and settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
For international transactions, please note that while the checkout amount shown in your local currency reflects the current exchange rate, the final settlement is in HKD. Taxes & Shipping Charges

2. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS
Eligibility & Issuance
Promotional codes and discounts are issued at the sole discretion of Verde Jewellery and are subject to these Terms. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise. Verde Jewellery reserves the right to limit the redemption of any code to one use per customer.
Redemption & System Errors
Promotional codes must be entered and applied at checkout before the order is submitted. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders. Each code is valid for single use only, unless otherwise specified. In the event of a technical error or administrative mistake resulting in an incorrect discount being applied, Verde Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.
Validity & Expiry
All promotional codes are subject to an expiry date as indicated at the time of issuance. Verde Jewellery reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time by publishing updates on our website.
Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and discounts:
- are not applicable to discounted, bespoke, customised, or limited-edition items;
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion;
- are not valid for gift cards, store credit, or repair services; and
- apply to the purchase price only, excluding shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
Refunds & Returns
If an item purchased with a promotional code is returned for a refund, the refund will equal the actual amount paid for the item, subject to our Exchange & Return Policy. The promotional code will be deemed used and will not be reissued or refunded. If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below the minimum spend threshold required for the promotion, the value of the discount applied will be deducted from any refund issued.
Misuse
Verde Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or void any order where a promotional code is suspected to have been obtained or used fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.
3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange Policy & Eligibility
Except in the case of verified manufacturing defects, Verde Jewellery operates on an exchange-first basis. We will gladly facilitate a one-time exchange for items that are unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, returned in their original condition with all original packaging, certificates, security tags, and documentation intact within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Replacement & Price Difference
The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase, with any price difference to be settled by the customer prior to shipment.
Proof of Manufacturing Defect
In the event of a suspected manufacturing defect, customers must provide proof of purchase alongside clear photographic or video evidence of the defect upon receipt of the item. Verde Jewellery reserves the right to decline an exchange or return if required documentation is not provided or if the defect is not substantiated.
The suspected item must be returned to Verde Jewellery for inspection and verification. An exchange will only be processed upon our formal confirmation of a manufacturing defect. Verde Jewellery reserves the right to decline any exchange request if the reported issue is determined to be the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised alteration.

4. RETURN LOGISTICS AND METHODS
Return Logistics & Methods
l Hong Kong Customers
Items may be returned in person to our Causeway Bay boutique or sent via any trackable courier service, following prior authorisation from our team.
l Overseas Customers
For international orders, items must be shipped back to our Hong Kong office.
All return shipping costs, insurance fees, and any applicable taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packing & Courier
To ensure the security of transit, all return shipments must be dispatched via a trackable courier service with a valid tracking number. Verde Jewellery accepts no responsibility for returned items without official proof of delivery.
The customer must retain the original shipping and insurance receipts for verification purposes. All items must be securely packed in their original and unaltered packaging. Verde Jewellery reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised during transit.
In the event that the item is damaged during transit, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the item’s condition prior to shipment, together with an official damage report issued by the courier service. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the exchange request being declined.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
